US Healthcare Voice – CVS Aetna Med / CVS SSI US Pharmacy (Seasonal WFH)

Outbound Collections – Panthera / Pioneer Payment Solutions (Office-based)

Pharmacy Refill Support – CVS Specialty BV Refill Offshore

Healthcare Support Associate – Centene MP (US Healthcare)

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Range : ₱19,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on role & experience)

Plus :

20% Night Differential

₱1,250 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA)

HMO upon hire

Paid Training

13th Month Pay

Show-Up Bonus (for some roles) : ₱3,000 + 10kg Rice + ₱2,000 Grocery Voucher

Work Setup & Schedule :

Work Location : Pasig – Ortigas (some roles are Temporary Work from Home)

Schedule : Shifting or Day Shift (depending on the role)

Seasonal contracts available (up to 5 months for selected accounts)

Qualifications :

Communication : Good to Excellent English Skills

Experience :

At least 6 months BPO experience required

College Graduate acceptable if no BPO experience

Specific experience in outbound collections / sales preferred for related roles

HS or ALS Graduates accepted for some accounts
