Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Proven experience in customer service or virtual assistance (preferably remote)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and online communication tools
