About the Role :
The Content and Social Media Specialist will manage and grow Jobley’s social media platforms, create engaging content, and support communications and marketing campaigns. This role involves content creation, U.S. news monitoring, research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in developing content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow Jobley’s social media platforms (X / Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase awareness, credibility, and engagement.
- Create and edit high-quality content aligned with Jobley’s content strategy and audience needs.
- Conduct research to produce relevant articles, posts, and campaign materials.
- Support campaign strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with Sales, Career Support, and Marketing teams.
- Track and share daily U.S. news relevant to healthcare recruitment and policy.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and support global PR initiatives.
- Contribute to communications, marketing, and research projects as needed.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of professional content writing experience (English, external audiences).Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms.Ability to conduct research and create high-quality content independently.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced experience in visual and video content creation.Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare industry, labor market, or policy landscape.Post-graduate degree or professional certifications in communications or journalism.
