We are responsible for leading sales efforts in Grid technologies business, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in Philippines.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop and execute sales strategies for high‑voltage (HV) products including Service business, Digital Grid business.
• Align sales goals with Siemens Energy’s global Grid Technologies objectives, focusing on energy transition and infrastructure modernization.
• Maintain and expand a strong client base across utilities, industrial customers, and government agencies.
• Build long‑term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in grid technologies such as substations, protection and control systems, and digital grid solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies.
• Lead and mentor the local sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure feasibility and profitability of proposals.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure smooth project handovers.
