Requirements
Filipino proficient in English and Korean language
Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate
With Customer service experience
Good in typing Korean characters
Can start working asap
Must have PC / Laptop and Strong internet connection
Responsibilities :
Handle calls and emails from VIP Native Korean customers regarding lifestyle and personal management.
Main responsibility is to assist VIP clients through email, chats and calls in booking flights, jet, concerns
Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.
Build sustainable relationships with the clients.
Responsible for delivering efficient and effective services.
