Scrum Master

Position Description :

As the Scrum Master, you will collaborate with a team to deliver full stack solutions that align with the project priorities. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring development teams adhere to scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to enhance processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making, and removing any impediments that the teams may face.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• . Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• . Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• . Cultivate a deep understanding of applications to help troubleshoot and report issues accurately to dev team.
• . Triage and Manage support issues for all applications handled by team.
• . Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• . Work closely with the Service Managers and Technical Leads to understand requirements and scope of work.
• . Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best breed technology, patterns, and methodologies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

. Mid-level (2 to 3) experience as a Scrum Master is acceptable.

. Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not required.

. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence as as development tool

. Preferred background and experience in .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies.

. Any prior software development or testing experience (Frontend, Backend in E-commerce) is an advantage.

. Good communication skills in English.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.

. Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
