Job descriptionMaintains items record, documents necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Submits reports accurately and timely Meets warehouse standards as set by the company Maintains physical condition of the warehouse and initiates request for repair or replacement when needed Adheres to the housekeeping standards set by the company May do other related tasks and reports as assigned to him / her
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Compliance to the Warehouse Standard Processes and Controls
- Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, order processing, checking, dispatching, transfers, and inventory management
- Controls inventory level by leading the physical count and reconciling variances. Provides reconciliation report to OM, GM, Finance, and Warehouse Coordinator & Manager
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by complying with the security procedures and protocols
- Manages BO returns to the supplier as per agreement and schedule

QUALIFICATIONS :
graduate of any 4-year course
experience in warehousing is an advantage, but not required
with excellent leadership skills
computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
open to fresh graduates
