Schedule : Monday to Friday - Onsite (Night Shift)

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in recruitment and employee engagement , who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Provide support in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
