Your Role

We are seeking a talented Content Development Release Notes Expert to create and update video content for development team release notes, clients, and our website platforms. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of Quality Management Systems and content creation, and should be able to adhere to PSC quality standards and ACE guidelines. You should be adept in script writing and video creation while being a fast learner, with the ability to create content with minimal instruction while interfacing with subject matter experts.

This is a remote position that must be able to support Central Standard Time (CST), United States.

  • Create scripts and videos for the release notes.
  • Stay current with PSC Software's latest updates and ensure all new content is incorporated into release videos prior to each software launch.
  • Assist with miscellaneous certification and business analysis tasks in content down time.
  • Interface with subject matter experts to create high-quality technical content.
  • Ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date and effective.
  • Provide input and feedback on the development of new content.
  • Create and develop release notes videos for internal and client facing release information, adhering to PSC quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain training content for system administration, including user guides, training manuals, and online tutorials.
  • Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Assist with configurations, ensuring that the content adheres to PSC quality standards.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop technical content and workflows.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of PSC Software products and be able to effectively communicate their technical features and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Science, Content Creation, Engineering, or Business.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical field within biotechnology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be adaptable and be client service oriented.
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires teamwork and the entrepreneurial / start-up mentality.
  • Previous experience in content creation.
  • Previous experience with electronic QMS, LMS, EHS, PLM is preferred.
  • Experience in Davinci Resolve is preferred.
  • Experience with Descript is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PSC Software preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a remote setting while supporting Central Standard Time (CST), United States.
