Logistics Head (F&B)

Key Responsibilities :

• Logistics Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations in line with company objectives.
• Supply Chain Management : Oversee end-to-end logistics, ensuring efficient product flow from suppliers to customers.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels and optimize storage for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
• Transportation & Distribution : Oversee transportation providers and delivery schedules to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
• Team Leadership : Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Budget & Cost Management : Monitor and control logistics-related costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising service.
• Compliance & Regulatory Management : Ensure all logistics activities comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Technology & Innovation : Drive the use of technology (WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
