About the Role

You’ll manage everything that happens inside our TikTok Shop. From affiliate outreach to creator partnerships, analytics, and campaign execution — this role is for someone who thrives on ownership and loves to see numbers grow day by day.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Outreach & Growth : Reach out to and recruit 100+ affiliates per day through TikTok Shop and social channels. Build a database of high-performing creators across relevant niches.
  • Partnership Management : Maintain and grow relationships with creators and affiliate partners, ensuring consistent posting, alignment, and communication.
  • Performance Tracking : Track and analyze affiliate performance, including views, sales, and revenue metrics . Build weekly reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Campaign Operations : Manage the daily TikTok Shop backend — uploading products, managing offers, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth store functionality.
  • Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and customer feedback across TikTok to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Creative Coordination : Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brief creators, approve content, and align on campaign calendars.
  • Optimization : Identify trends in creator performance, audience behavior, and product traction to optimize targeting and creative direction.
  • Affiliate Incentives : Help create and manage performance-based affiliate programs, competitions, and reward systems to keep the community motivated.
  • Reporting : Provide daily and weekly updates on sales, creator output, and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing or scaling a TikTok Shop or TikTok affiliate program .
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing hundreds of creators / affiliates .
  • Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, and affiliate ecosystem .
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make fast, smart decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Organized, proactive, and relentlessly focused on growth.
