Sales Associate - Offline

Salary: Php 18,000

Promotes and Manages BillEase loan products within the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. As long as you have the interest and passion in selling and with good oral communication skills and can deliver good customer experience

• With at least 6 months experience in sales or customer service, is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.

• Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.

• Positive and customer-centric attitude.

• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and products through ongoing training.

• Located within 60 mins from assigned site

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail store(s) or malls.

• Promote all loan products to potential and existing customers within the retail store(s) or malls.

• Assist and facilitate BillEase customer loan applications and sign ups

• Safeguard all company assets issued within the scope of responsibility.

• Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure that marketing collateral is readily available and highly visible at the assigned retail store(s).

• Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets related to loan product sales.

• Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the customer application process.

• Proactively ask customers for referrals as part of the sales process.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products to customers.

• Engage in company-provided training sessions and utilize available literature to stay informed about all product offerings.
