QA Specialist (Office Based)

As a sister company, we play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Position : QA specialist (office-based).

Location : Sico, Lipa City, Batangas.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks).

Salary : ₱21,745 / month.

Benefits : SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, 13th Month Pay, Paid Time Off.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit and review patient charts for documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze patient history and physician orders to ensure appropriate care planning.
• Coordinate with clinicians and care teams to verify documentation and treatment plans.
• Create and update Plans of Care based on medical records and physician directives.
• Monitor report filters and ensure timely data entry for OASIS and follow-up forms.
• Review and input ICD-10 codes for home health documentation.
• Support the training of new team members and assist in quality assurance tasks.
