Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our commercial lots sales team at Filinvest City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for commercial lots within Filinvest City.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and project development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Represent Filinvest City in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
