We are looking for a Oracle Consultant to join a global shared service organization supporting HR technology and talent systems worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle HCM Talent Management modules, ensuring successful project implementations, and providing production support for global business units.
You will collaborate closely with global teams to configure systems, resolve issues, test enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in digital HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to manage system configurations in line with business unit requirements and HCM standards.
- Support the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules across multiple global regions.
- Conduct testing and functional analysis prior to production migrations.
- Implement and maintain Guided Learning within Oracle HCM modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system or production issues.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.Minimum of 4 years experience in project implementation or business support for Oracle HCM, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, or other Talent Management Systems.Strong knowledge of HR system processes and configuration management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).Excellent customer service orientation, communication, and analytical skills.Willing to work on a night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays as required.
