Overview
Q2 is hiring a General Manager on behalf of a well-established community mall organization with 44 sites across Luzon. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation across all mall locations. The GM will play a key role in aligning senior management with strategic goals and ensuring the organization uplifts lives and serves communities effectively.
About the Role : Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Alignment – Lead and manage the nationwide mall operations team, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values. Keep senior management focused on strategic goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Deliver three (3) mall expansions annually, ensuring readiness in systems, people, and processes.
- Operational Excellence – Ensure consistent, high-quality mall operations across all sites. Implement systems that promote efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Monitor performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Customer Experience & Community Engagement – Enhance the customer journey by making malls welcoming, accessible, and responsive to community needs. Collaborate with marketing and tenant relations teams to create engaging mall experiences. Build strong relationships with tenants, local stakeholders, and community leaders.
- Organizational Development – Develop infrastructure and talent pipelines to support long-term growth. Mentor future leaders and ensure succession planning. Strengthen organizational resilience and capability.
