Live Streamer

The Live Streaming Host is responsible for presenting and promoting products through live online broadcasts on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or other social commerce channels. The role focuses on engaging viewers, demonstrating product features, answering questions in real time, and driving sales conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Live Streaming & Product Presentation

Host scheduled live selling sessions, introducing and demonstrating products with energy and confidence.

Highlight product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.

Interact with the online audience by responding to comments and questions in real time.

2. Content Preparation & Coordination

Collaborate with the marketing / merchandising team to plan live show scripts, key talking points, and promotional offers.

Ensure all products, props, and technical equipment (camera, lighting, microphones) are set up before each live session.

Assist in creating short-form content (teasers, product videos) to promote upcoming live events.

3. Sales & Performance Tracking

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets during live sessions.

Provide feedback on viewer engagement, product demand, and customer concerns to improve future sessions.

Work with the e-commerce team to track conversions, manage inventory updates, and execute promotional campaigns.

4. Brand Representation

Maintain a professional appearance and embody the brand’s image and values.

Build rapport and trust with the audience to create a loyal customer community.

Qualifications :

Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

Experience in live hosting, online selling, sales, or customer service preferred.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media trends.

Ability to think quickly, handle live audience interaction, and troubleshoot minor technical issues.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
