Client Profile : A leading Japanese construction company providing electrical and construction services in different Industry for over 35 years in different industry.
Position : HRMD Employee Relations Specialist
Industry : Construction Company
Location : Makati, City
Salary : Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule : Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up : Work on site

Job Requirements :
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources or any related course
✨At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations
✨Experience working in the same industry is advantage
✨Willing to work fully on site
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Responsible for Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
✨Handling employee relations and HR duties
✨Handling employee violations and concerns.
✨Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
✨ Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.
