Job Description :

  • Develop and implement effective account strategies
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Supervise and mentor account executives
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks
  • Monitor account performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular feedback to improve team performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Job Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Three or more years of experience in account management and has its own client list
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Work Location : Tandang Sora, Quezon City

    Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
