The Waitress is responsible in serving The Lounge's guests courteously, efficiently and expediently, using correct and professional service methods and equipment to agreed operating standards.

She ensures all side duties are carried out effectively and efficiently. She set up tables, service stations and buffet before mealtime and serves food and beverages to allocated tables. She should be responsible in carrying dirty crockery, cutlery and glassware to wash-up area and should clear off buffet area after service time.

The ideal candidate should have actual experience and thorough knowledge in food and beverage service operations. She should have a good communicating skill and with pleasing personality.
