Intake Specialist

Remote / USA / EST

Tasks Required :

  • Handle day-to-day client communications via incoming and outgoing telephone calls in USA.
  • Promote benefits of retaining firm.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Maintain client records by updating electronic files.

Requirements :

  • Must be articulately fluent in spoken English.
  • Must be fluent in written English.
  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience in USA / EST time zone.
  • Experience using intake software.
  • Ability to maintain positivity and empathy.
  • Proven work experience in customer / client relations / sales.
  • Working knowledge of relevant programs, i.e., Microsoft, Ring Central, etc.
  • Ability and desire to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined / organized.
  • Ability to consistently produce quality work with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Dual monitors.
