We are looking for a Technical Writer – Process Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for clarity, and the ability to transform complex business processes into clear, structured documentation. This role will work closely with various teams to ensure that all business processes are accurately captured, maintained, and aligned with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Document business processes in clear, structured, and standardized formats.
Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate process steps, roles, and ownership.
Ensure alignment with organizational governance standards and documentation templates.
Contribute to end-to-end (E2E) process design initiatives.
Support project management activities related to process documentation.
Qualifications
Must Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related IT field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Writing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Documentation.
Hands-on experience with End-to-End (E2E) Process Design.
Exposure to Project Management methodologies and tools.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
