  • Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months customer service experience in any industry
  • Graduates of 4 year course with or without experience may apply
  • Has good customer service orientation
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Willing to work shifting schedules
  • Willing to work on site
