Position :

Customer Support Representative – Voice Account

Job Description :

• As part of the HP Store Voice Team, you will :
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist with product inquiries, order placements, payment status, and post-sales concerns
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and solution-focused approach
• Drive sales performance by recommending products and upselling when appropriate
• Accurately record customer information and case details

6–12 months ₱19,000

13–35 months ₱20,000

36 months and above ₱21,000
