Position :
Customer Support Representative – Voice Account
Job Description :
- As part of the HP Store Voice Team, you will :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist with product inquiries, order placements, payment status, and post-sales concerns
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and solution-focused approach
- Drive sales performance by recommending products and upselling when appropriate
- Accurately record customer information and case details
Qualifications :
Educational Requirement :
Must be at least a High School Graduate or HigherExperience Requirement :Minimum of 6 months Sales experience in a BPO or call center environmentConversive in English LanguageWith Incentives + Night Diff.Amenable to work Onsite (UP Ayala)Salary Package :
Your salary will be based on your BPO tenure :
Experience Range
6–12 months ₱19,000
13–35 months ₱20,000
36 months and above ₱21,000
