We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to support a real estate operator with multiple small, ancillary business entities. This role is focused on day-to-day bookkeeping execution across holding companies, rental properties, and non-real-estate operating entities that sit alongside a larger accounting team.
You will own transaction-level bookkeeping work and keep each entity clean, accurate, and up to date in QuickBooks Online. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple small sets of books, follows established processes closely, and takes pride in clean financial records.

What You’ll Work On
Bookkeeping Execution
Maintain accurate books for multiple small business entitiesRecord and categorize transactions in QuickBooks OnlineReconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basisEnsure transactions are coded correctly by entity and accountAccounts Payable and Expense Tracking
Review and record expenses and vendor paymentsEnsure supporting documentation is properly attached in QBOFlag missing information or inconsistencies for follow-upMaintain clean expense records across all entitiesFinancial Hygiene and Reconciliation
