A Trainer is responsible on implementing a SMART Training program for QS Partners to ensure that employees being deployed on the store are knowledgeable enough on the Do's and Don'ts in performing their duties and responsibilities which include serving the customers efficiently, assisting customers with their needs and special requests, ensures the assigned quota is met, assist on training activity for the new QS Partners as requested, and adheres on the sanitation standards and safety procedures. Trainers shall also support on other operational activities as may be requested by the Operations Department.
Qualifications :
⦁ Finished highschool or any vocational graduate
⦁ At least two (2) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity
⦁ Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner
⦁ With crowd management expertise
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills
⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Strong customer service prowess
⦁ Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
⦁ Performs responsibility with Tenacity
⦁ Must be honest and truthful
⦁ Candidate must be willing to work around Metro Manila
