Responsible for leading a team of a minimum of 20 employees. Outspoken and demonstrates company core values and culture. At least 1 Year of Outbound Leader Experience Lead Generation Experience (preferred but not required) Sales / Insurance / Appointment Setting Experience is a plus Strong work ethic Great Communications Skills Performance-driven Tough Character and can work with less supervision Can work on site Can start Asap
