🌟 We're Hiring : HR Generalist (Employee Engagement)! 🌟

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will be equally focused on HR Global Delivery Services and Operations and Employee Engagement, ensuring seamless HR service delivery while fostering a culture of inclusion, motivation, and performance.

📍 Location : Taguig, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : HR Generalist (Employee Engagement)

Key accountabilities :

HR Global Delivery Services and HR Operations

  • Execute and support end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HRIS updates across Eastvantage locations - —setting them up for success from day one.
  • Ensure compliance with global HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global HR counterparts to deliver consistent HR services.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for audits and analytics.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR service center escalations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to HR operations (e.g., employee engagement providers, benefits providers, etc.).

Global Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs aligned with Eastvantage culture and values.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans together with local HR Leads
  • Organize and facilitate employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive work environment and high employee morale.
  • Support internal communication strategies to enhance transparency and employee connection.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
