Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and Email
Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues and escalate when necessary.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
Stay updated on product / service knowledge, company policies, and customer service trends.
Requirements :
No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidates!
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
Proficiency in basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
