Role Overview
We are seeking a fast, responsive, and highly proactive Recruitment & Operations Assistant to provide part-time support across recruitment, administrative operations, and light marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams independently, anticipate needs, and execute tasks with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
The position blends recruitment sourcing and ATS administration , personal assistant and coordination support , basic marketing assistance , and general administrative tasks . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring recruitment pipelines, daily operations, and ad hoc requests are handled efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Sourcing & ATS Administration (Approximately 60%)
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels
- Generate and manage recruitment leads aligned with role requirements
- Screen resumes and organize candidate profiles
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate data
- Coordinate with recruiters or hiring managers regarding candidate status and pipeline updates
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare basic reports as needed
2. Personal Assistant & Coordination Support (Approximately 20%)
Conduct research for personal and family-related needs (e.g., travel planning, accommodation options, itineraries)Coordinate logistics related to children’s schedules, activities, or arrangementsManage reminders, follow-ups, and basic scheduling tasksHandle confidential and time-sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion3. Marketing & Content Support (Approximately 10%)
Assist in generating marketing ideas for coaching and recruitment initiativesDraft, schedule, and organize content for LinkedIn and other relevant platformsSupport basic content planning, post tracking, and engagement monitoringCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent content publication4. Administrative & Ad Hoc Support (Approximately 10%)
Provide general administrative assistance as requiredSupport documentation, data entry, and basic reporting tasksAssist with ad hoc requests and special projectsHelp improve workflows through organization, tracking, and follow-upRequired Skills & Qualifications
