The role includes preparing and following up on import permit applications, resolving customs clearance issues, monitoring broker performance, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping, and supporting related reporting and operational tasks to ensure smooth import and export processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with origin team and customs brokers to review shipping documents and determine import permit requirements.
• Facilitate timely import clearance and resolve customs clearance issues.
• Prepare and follow up on import permit applications.
• Monitor broker performance, ensure proper documentation and record keeping, and support related reporting and operational tasks.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of customs declaration.
