Salary : 30,000 - 36,000

Required Experience :

・3-7 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of factory equipment, specifically related to any of the following : injection molding, press, rubber, or electronics.

・Valid car driver's license

・Motorcycle license

・Basic PC skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office software)

・Knowledge of electrical schematics (circuit diagrams)

・Sales experience or customer negotiation / liaison experience

・Experience as a team leader or in mentoring / training junior staff

Job Description :

Service & Maintenance Duties

・Provide equipment maintenance, technical support, and repair services for clients (factories).

・(Example equipment : Injection molding machines, press machines, rubber-related equipment, and electronics-related devices).

・Manage sales of service-related parts, prepare quotations, and create service reports.

Sales & Customer Development Duties

・Conduct field sales activities for both existing and new customers.

・Generate new business and customers by performing factory diagnostics and implementing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.

・Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction by proposing solution-based items and services.

Management & Guidance Duties

・Manage the entire service team and work to improve team member motivation.

・Provide technical guidance and training to less-experienced engineers; perform quality checks on their work.

・Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical problems.

・Participate in identifying challenges and setting objectives within the department.
