We’re looking for an Executive Assistant (Marketing & Creative Operations) to support a founder working across AI, design, and digital ventures.
You’ll handle both the operational and creative sides of the business—organizing projects, managing communication, and helping bring ideas to life through AI-generated content, short-form videos, and marketing initiatives.
This isn’t a traditional EA role. It’s a hybrid of creative execution and operational support , perfect for someone who’s curious, digitally fluent, and excited about experimenting with AI tools. You’ll have the freedom to take rough ideas and figure out how to make them real.

What You’ll Work On
Creative & Marketing Execution
Help create and edit AI-driven marketing content , such as short-form videos, visuals, and social postsUse tools like Runway, Descript, or Canva to bring ideas to life quickly and with styleResearch internet trends, creative formats, and cultural moments that can inspire campaignsDraft and organize creative briefs, mood boards, and light copy for marketing materialsCollaborate with the founder to turn loose ideas into experiments, visuals, or posts that resonate onlineFounder Support & Organization
Manage daily logistics : calendars, communication, scheduling, and follow-upsTurn high-level or ambiguous instructions into actionable next stepsOrganize creative files, notes, and workflows in Notion or Google WorkspaceKeep everything structured, prioritized, and moving—even when things are undefinedAI & Digital Tools
Work with the founder to use AI tools for creative workflows (video generation, scriptwriting, automation)Explore and test new tools that improve content creation or marketing efficiencyTroubleshoot basic setup or access issues and help streamline AI tool usageWhat You Bring
2–4+ years experience in executive support, creative operations, or marketing coordinationStrong creative instincts and understanding of digital culture, trends, and storytellingComfortable with AI tools for content creation or automation (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Descript, etc.)Confident managing ambiguity—you can self-direct and execute without needing every step outlinedExcellent organization and communication skillsExperience creating short-form content, visuals, or light copywritingProficient with Notion, Google Workspace, and Canva (or similar tools)Nice to Have
