Job Description
1. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop monthly content calendars for all shops, scheduling posts, promotions, and campaigns.
Create engaging, high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) that reflects the brand’s voice and goals.
Work under the direction and guidance of the Sales & Marketing Lead.
2. Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms—tone, style, design, and messaging.
Help build and strengthen overall brand awareness and online visibility.
3. Audience & Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms.
Build relationships with followers and maintain a positive community environment.
4. Campaign & Promotion Management
Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring social media ad campaigns.
Execute contests, giveaways, and promotional activities to boost engagement and follower growth.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Trend Research & Adaptation
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
Adapt strategies to leverage trending content or new platform features.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, Ship-Out Team, Offline Team, and Accounts Manager for aligned campaigns.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products.
8. Customer & Market Insights
Gather feedback through social interactions to understand customer preferences.
Adjust content and targeting strategies to appeal to specific audience segments.
