Accounting Delivery Head

Direct Reports : Delivery Leads / Managers (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A, Compliance)

Position Summary

The Accounting Delivery Head is responsible for managing and leading end-to-end finance and accounting service delivery across one or multiple regions or business units. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of accounting services—including Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Compliance, and Financial Reporting—in alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and global standards.

The position plays a critical leadership role in managing large shared services / GBS teams , driving process excellence, improving automation and efficiencies, ensuring strong internal controls, and acting as a strategic partner to senior finance leaders across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations Management

• Lead the delivery of all accounting processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accounting, Financial Reporting).
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in accordance with IFRS / GAAP and company policies.
• Establish governance over SLAs, KPIs, workload capacity, and performance dashboards.
• Drive consistent adherence to accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
