Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate sales, particularly in selling conferences, seminars, or training programs to both global and local clients. The ideal candidate must be confident, results-driven, and able to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to prospective global and local clients to promote conferences and training events.
- Generate 50–100 quality leads daily, conduct research, and build a strong pipeline.
- Send at least 10 qualified information packs per day and report leads to the Sales Director.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions via CRM and call sheets.
- Research companies and decision-makers before 8 : 30 AM daily.
- Send a minimum of 12 follow-up emails each day.
- Close deals by presenting the value of events to key decision-makers.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of at least $12K in revenue and meet all KPIs.
- Maintain a minimum of 2.5 hours of phone time per day.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Qualification :
College graduate (any field).At least 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience in corporate sales, especially selling events, training programs, or seminars.Experience handling both global and local clients is required.Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.Strong cold calling, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools.Strong research skills, business acumen, and understanding of key industries (e.g., IT, HR, General Management).Self-starter with a resilient and goal-driven mindset.Amenable to work onsite at our office in BGC, Taguig.
