Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field With or without license (licensed engineers preferred) At least 1–2 years of experience in construction projects is a plus Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in AutoCAD and other site tools is an advantage Willing to be assigned at the project site (may vary by project)

Role Overview :
The Field Engineer is responsible for supporting day-to-day construction activities at the project site. This role ensures work execution aligns with project plans, technical specifications, and safety standards while coordinating closely with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved plans and specs
- Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors for daily operations
- Prepare daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and cost monitoring
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship
- Address site issues and recommend technical solutions
