Qualifications :
Graduate of any Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related course (college level acceptable)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the company’s system or database.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with the Purchasing, Logistics, and Accounting departments regarding stock levels and discrepancies.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report any damages, shortages, or variances.
Implement and uphold inventory control procedures and best practices.
Support internal and external audit requirements related to inventory.
Monitor, verify, and reconcile all payable and non-payable transactions from Foodpanda and Grab, ensuring accuracy and timely recording in the system.
Monitor daily store inventory, verify stock accuracy, and report any discrepancies or variances found during reconciliation.
Assist the Finance Officer in day-to-day financial operations and other related tasks as assigned.
Prepare, review, and verify billing statements for warehouse and commissary transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
