Customer Service Assistant (SM City Calamba)

Job Description

The Customer Service Assistant is in-charge of providing excellent customer service. Receive phone calls from clients / suppliers / partners and transfer to appropriate department / person. Take down messages and relay them to appropriate department / person. Assist tenants and customers with their queries / concerns. REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College degree in any field;
• Well organized; Can work with minimum supervision;
• Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assign in SM City Calamba, Laguna
