Insurance expert, knowledgeable in products, workflows, processes, reports and dashboards.

Will be tasked to do Data Analysis, Troubleshooting, Quality Assurance, Persistency, Policy Investigations using Databases (SQL) or Life Asia.

Collect and analyze information from stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.

Create and maintain various documents, such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.

Identify areas for improvement in business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity.

Work with various stakeholders, including business users and managers, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Supporting role in project management, assisting with planning, monitoring, and risk management.

Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Internal and External parties.

Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on requirements and solutions.

Supporting the implementation of solutions, including testing, to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver the intended value.

Creating and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Provide timely responses to ad hoc queries and data requests

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and inquiries are met

Participate in other key projects and initiatives within the team

Experience :

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in finance / accounting / management reporting / analysis

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the insurance industry

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Excel Formulas

Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL scripting and SQL server tools

Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with (Life Asia) IBM Personal Communications (PCOMM) AS400 Legacy Systems or other similar application

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools used in reporting

Experience in working collaboratively on projects with various department / functions

Familiarity with BI tools (such as Microsoft Power BI / Tableau)
