Job Description :

As a CSR, you will assist customers with inquiries about telecom services such as mobile plans, billing, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications :

At least High School Graduate

With excellent English communication skills

Preferably with 6 months of customer service experience (CCE) in any industry

Fresh graduates or career shifters are welcome to apply

Amenable to work onsite in Centrio Mall, CDO

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Compensation Package :

Freshers – PHP 16,850 / month

With 6–12 months CCE – PHP 19,000 / month

With 1 year or more CCE – PHP 21,000 / month

Earn as much as PHP 45,000 monthly through performance incentives!
