Remote Nurse Assistant (RN)

This is a remote position.

40 hours / week with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description :

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Nurse Assistants to provide remote clinical and administrative support to our U.S.-based medical practice. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse in the Philippines with strong communication skills clinical judgment and a passion for patient care. You will work closely with the physician and administrative team to support patient interactions documentation and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient communication : Conduct follow-up calls appointment reminders and pre-visit instructions with professionalism and empathy
• Clinical documentation : Assist in updating electronic medical records (EMR) including patient histories medication lists and physician notes
• Care coordination : Support scheduling of diagnostic tests referrals and follow-ups as directed by the physician
• Triage support : Relay patient concerns symptoms or medication questions to the physician for review
• Inbox management : Monitor and respond to patient messages and coordinate with the clinic team as needed
• Chart preparation : Review patient charts ahead of appointments to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Compliance and confidentiality : Adhere to HIPAA and clinic protocols to maintain patient privacy and data security
