AU Marketing Systems & Automation Officer (Remote)

Background

  • Are you naturally curious about how marketing systems work behind the scenes? Do you get a little too excited about dashboards, SEO tweaks, and automation flows? You might be our next Marketing Systems & Automation Officer —supporting one of our amazing education clients (while working 100% remotely from the Philippines).

About the Role

  • This is a hands-on digital role focused on making marketing more efficient and impactful. You’ll dive into data, support campaigns, optimize web content, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Set up and monitor SEO and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
  • Optimize website content for performance and student experience.
  • Track campaign results using GA4, Meta Insights, etc..
  • Share insights with the team to improve ROI.
  • Update and maintain website content (WordPress familiarity preferred).

    About YOU

  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • You like your work tidy, your reporting clear, and your browser tabs many.

  • At least 2 years in digital marketing, SEO, analytics, or marketing systems.
  • Experience with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, aXcelerate, or CloudAssess? Bonus—but not required!
