Required Experience :
・Bachelor's degree holder.
・At least 2 years of practical experience in administration, visa processing, general affairs, or as an executive / president’s assistant
・Excellent communication skills, including business-level English proficiency
・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
・Proficient in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint) with good computer literacy
・Work experience in a consulting, legal, or accounting firm is an advantage.
・Japanese communication skills at JLPT N2 level or higher are highly preferred.
