DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Develops Short-Term and Long-Term Business Plan for the Category

  • Develops Category Review and Trade Category Plan
  • Develops trade marketing plan per channel to ensure market share and value growth for assigned categories
  • Trade programs that will deliver sustainable sales growth
  • Initiatives to deliver distribution and merchandising advantages
  • Fiscalize Category Trade Promo Fund
  • Performance vs. objective in terms of volume and ROI-related metrics
  • B. Co-manages with Promo Activations Manager in the execution of Marketing and Sales Initiatives

  • Develop brand strategies and programs into actionable steps
  • Set full year initiatives calendar
  • Oversee deployment of regional brand activations
  • Ensure on-time and in-full execution of trade programs
  • Post-promo evaluation and analysis
  • C. Co-Lead with Marketing all New Product / Promo Launches

  • Co-develop product launches and pricing aligned with retailer needs
  • Plan pipeline volumes, distribution, merchandising, and pricing standards
  • Develop trade programs supporting field sales
  • Ensure speed to market and share best practices
  • D. Market intelligence on category landscape

  • Fieldwork and competitor activity reviews

  • Develop strategies by trade segment and inform Sales
