1. Manages company funds.
2. Checks all disbursements. Ensures prompt and correct payment of company expenses.
3. Checks all invoices both local and overseas. Ensures prompt and correct invoicing and collections from clients.
4. Computes and remits taxes such as withholding tax, value added tax and income tax. Ensures correct and prompt payment of taxes.
5. Finalizes and submits annual books of accounts. Ensures regular compliance to BIR.
6. Computes and process payroll.
7. Submits financial reports.
8. Ensures adherence to SEC reportorial requirements.
9. Ensures timely payment and compliance to municipalities for payment of permits, real estate taxes and lto renewals.
10. Maintains books of accounts and ensures compliances to regulatory agencies.
