Requirements
- Open for JLPT N2 Passer or level
- Japanese National can speak English
- Open for Japanese nationals who are currently in the Philippines.
- Must have managerial experience (Minimum of 3 years)
- Open to college graduate and undergraduates with relevant Project Management experience
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of team leads / supervisors in the operations tower of the deal
- Act as point-of-contact of the company and the client in the performance of operational sub-processes.
- Act as an escalation point for all operational related issues raised by the client.
- Communicate regularly with the client to ensure that the proper department complies with the latest changes in the procedures
