This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Sydney, AU
Scope :
Oversees the full creative output for campaigns or brand accounts.Supervises a small team or freelancers when required.Produces advanced video and design assets for paid ads, brand campaigns, and internal / external communications.Ensures brand consistency across all media touchpoints.May coordinate directly with clients or stakeholders to align creative direction and deliverableResponsibilities
Lead the creative direction, production, and editing of all video and graphic materials across marketing channels.Manage end-to-end video production — from storyboarding and filming (if applicable) to post-production, motion graphics, and final delivery.Design marketing materials such as web banners, ad creatives, presentation decks, and email graphics.Mentor and review work from junior designers or freelancers to maintain quality standards.Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to translate business goals into visual storytelling.Develop templates, style guides, and scalable visual systems for consistent branding.Optimize visual assets for engagement, performance, and brand impact.Requirements
4–6 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, ideally within marketing or creative agencies.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.Strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work, including storytelling, pacing, and advanced editing techniques.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Strong creative judgment and ability to provide constructive feedback to others.Understanding of marketing funnel stages and how visuals impact conversion and retention.Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.Benefits
