The QAQC Master Plumber ensures that all plumbing and sanitary works in construction projects comply with Bureau Veritas quality standards local codes and client specifications. This role involves supervising plumbing installations conducting inspections performing tests and maintaining documentation to guarantee adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control

Implement and monitor QA / QC procedures for plumbing and sanitary systems.

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials fittings and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation including inspection reports test results and non-conformance reports.

Compliance & Standards

Verify that all plumbing works meet local plumbing codes safety regulations and Bureau Veritas quality benchmarks.

Coordination & Supervision

Supervise plumbing teams and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

Problem-Solving & Corrective Actions

Identify non-conformances and implement corrective measures.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and compliance certifications.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
