Job description

A Purchasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement process of the company. This includes :

  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, getting price quotations, and negotiating for the best deals.
  • Preparing purchase orders (P.O.) and ensuring required documents from suppliers are complete for accreditation.
  • Coordinating with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Warehouse, Demand Planning, Accounting) to meet their purchasing needs such as goods, raw materials, marketing materials, uniforms, and giveaways.
  • Monitoring supplier deliveries to ensure items are delivered on time, complete, and meet the approved specifications.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • with 6 months of relevant working experience
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Pasig
