A Purchasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement process of the company. This includes :
Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, getting price quotations, and negotiating for the best deals.
Preparing purchase orders (P.O.) and ensuring required documents from suppliers are complete for accreditation.
Coordinating with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Warehouse, Demand Planning, Accounting) to meet their purchasing needs such as goods, raw materials, marketing materials, uniforms, and giveaways.
Monitoring supplier deliveries to ensure items are delivered on time, complete, and meet the approved specifications.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree
with 6 months of relevant working experience
Excellent Negotiation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Amenable to work onsite in Pasig
